This policy outlines Luke Academy's approach to refunds and dispute resolution. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and applies to all purchases made through our Service.

No-Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Service are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Heart purchases
  • Subscription fees
  • Premium content access
  • Any other virtual items or services

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Unauthorized transactions with verifiable proof of fraud
  • Technical errors resulting in multiple charges for the same purchase
  • Service unavailability immediately following purchase
  • Legal requirements mandating refund provision

Please note that dissatisfaction with purchased items or accidental purchases do not qualify for refunds.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above:

  1. Initial Contact: Contact our support team within 48 hours of the purchase via email at lukeyuwu@lukeacademy.com
  2. Documentation: Provide the following information:
    • Transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Payment method used
    • Detailed explanation of the issue
    • Supporting documentation or evidence
  3. Review Period: Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your case
  4. Resolution: We will notify you of our decision via email

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of all purchased hearts and benefits
  • Prohibition from future purchases
  • Potential legal action to recover disputed funds

We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest unauthorized chargebacks.
